General Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund in accordance with the policy below.
If applicable, we will arrange for our delivery partner to collect your return. Please ensure the following details are clearly written on the outside of your return parcel:

Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please note:
- If the product is damaged, used, or returned after 14 days, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all original tags (if applicable).
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded, even if returned:
- Digital items
- Personalised or custom-made products
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange for a different size or colour (if available) within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be unused and undamaged
- The product must include all original tags (if applicable)
If the requested replacement (size/model) is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only, provided all the above conditions are met.
